Coins are deducted for calls and other services as specified on our platform. Coins can only be recharged and used for availing our services.
Once coins are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Mistakes made during the payment process are non-refundable. However, users can utilize their coins for services and, upon using all coins, can choose to close their account.
